The service

StychAI helps you run your boutique: orders, customers, measurements, invoices, payments, stock, staff and WhatsApp messages.

StychAI is in closed beta and is provided as it is. Features can change, and the app may sometimes have errors or be unavailable.

Your account

Keep your sign-in safe. The boutique owner decides who joins the boutique in StychAI and with which role, and is responsible for what their staff do in the app.

Your customers' data

You are responsible for the customer data you add to StychAI.

Send WhatsApp messages only to customers who have agreed to hear from your boutique. Record their choices for order updates and offers in the app, and respect a STOP reply.

WhatsApp messages

Meta charges for some WhatsApp business messages, as per Meta's own pricing. The costs StychAI shows are estimates; Meta's bill is final.

When you send WhatsApp messages through StychAI, you must also follow WhatsApp's own business policies.

Acceptable use

Do not use StychAI to:

• send spam, or message people who have not agreed to hear from you
• break the law, or store or send content that is illegal, abusive or misleading
• try to see or change another boutique's data
• attack, overload or copy the app, or get around its limits
• upload photos or content you do not have the right to use

AI features

AI answers, captions and images can be wrong. Check them before you rely on them or share them with customers.

Stopping

You can stop using StychAI at any time. How to delete your account and data is explained here:

When we change these terms, we update the date at the top of this page.
